High Trial Worksheets for Articulation, Phonology, Apraxia and Language Therapy

Use this themed speech therapy resource to get high repetitions with minimal prep with your preschool and school aged students. Use these Speech Therapy mats to easily target articulation, phonology, expressive language, themed vocabulary, and receptive language. Pair these activities for speech therapy with your themed games, songs, toys for a fun and exciting speech therapy session!

These drill sheets for speech therapy are designed for the busy SLP to use as a grab and go resource to target any goal within a theme and easily and quickly get LOADS of trials. Each drill sheet has 30 opportunities for practice!

Here's how you can use them:

• A simple craft of cut/color/paste of getting the Goal Strips ready to affix to the Drill Sheet. Practice during this time!
• Use with manipulatives. Once the Goal Strips are cut and affixed to the Drill Sheet, Cover, Color, Smoosh, or Dab one item for each production. Use mini objects, bingo chips, magnetic chips, play dough, markers, or bingo dabbers to keep your students engaged.

How to incorporate these into a session:

• Use it all session: Have your student color, cut, and glue the Goal Strips. Practice during that time. Then practice during drill. You'll get so many trials!
• Use for warm up/wind down: Get in +++ trials at the beginning or end of your session. These are perfect for TEACHING skills since there are no other distractions.
• Within your session: You can set up your themed session with a book, a game or Toy (you can mix and match these strips with my Game and Toy Companions), the drill sheet, and a sensory bin (all of these themes correspond with my Sensory Bins 1.0 and Sensory Bins 2.0)
• Sending completed or blank sheets home for homework.
• Mixed Groups: Give each student a Goal Strip + Drill Sheet with their individual goal on it and practice together.

For your kids who don't love to color, you can use the color version of the strips or leave them black and white!
